- Rainfall Shower Systems
- Item/s that have been worn/washed/altered/used
- Item/s that have been with the customer for more than 30 days
To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.
To return your product, you should emailΒ support@Indexbath.com and we shall provide you with a shipping address once your return has been approved.
The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping cost.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
