Returns Policy
RETURNS
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days after purchasing the order.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
Return order must be use the return label provided in dispute process if return label was not provided please reach our support team by email
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided on the return label. If you did not receive a return label, please contact our customer support team
Returns without prior advise from our customer service team will not be valid for a refund.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS/SITUATIONS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN AND CANNOT BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE:
- Shower System
- Rainfall Shower Systems
- Item/s that have been worn/washed/altered/used
- Item/s that have been with the customer for more than 30 days
To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.
To return your product, you should email support@Indexbath.com and we shall provide you with a shipping address once your return has been approved.
The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping cost.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
