All orders ship within 1-3 business days, and are shipped via Priority Carrier with a 10-21 business days delivery time.

We ship our products from several different warehouses, some are Domestic and the rest outside of the US. If you order several different products, they might arrive separately and on a different day.

You will get the tracking number directly to your email about 1-3 business days after purchase.

All order prices include handling fees and value-added tax for international and domestic shipments.

Please allow 10-21 business days for the item to arrive, depends on your location.

RETURNS

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days after purchasing the order.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns without prior advise from our customer service team will not be valid for a refund.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS/SITUATIONS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN AND CANNOT BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE:

• Shower System
• Rainfall Shower Systems
• Item/s that have been worn/washed/altered/used
• Item/s that have been with the customer for more than 30 days

To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.

To return your product, you should email support@Indexbath.com and we shall provide you with a shipping address once your return has been approved.

The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping cost.

All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
